If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Returned with original tags attached
- Free of damage or stains
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at essencefemmeco@gmail.com.
Include:
- A brief description of the issue
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
